This program is intended for players who want to improve their ball control skills.
Choose from a specific skill, or mix a few into a session:
- Finishing - learn how to properly shoot with the instep, ground and air balls, how to curve a ball, volleys, half-volleys & scissor kicks.
- Dribbling - develop a finer grain control while dribbling, learn how to cut, change direction, shield a ball, and how to drag a ball.
- Passing & Receiving - improve your first touch, move the ball correctly into space and learn how to pass short and long.
- Juggling - a player must be able to control a ball with any part of his body and nothing improves your ball control like being able to juggle a ball. This program goes from basic individual juggling, to partner juggling and advanced juggling techniques to take your game to the next level.
