Technical Clinic

This program is intended for players who want to improve their ball control skills.

 Choose from a specific skill, or mix a few into a session: 

  • Finishing - learn how to properly shoot with the instep, ground and air balls, how to curve a ball, volleys, half-volleys & scissor kicks. 
  • Dribbling - develop a finer grain control while dribbling, learn how to cut, change direction, shield a ball,  and how to drag a ball. 
  • Passing & Receiving - improve your first touch, move the ball correctly into space and learn how to pass short and long. 
  • Juggling - a player must be able to control a ball with any part of his body and nothing improves your ball control like being able to juggle a ball. This program goes from basic individual juggling, to partner juggling and advanced juggling techniques to take your game to the next level. 

Tactical Clinic

This clinic is designed for players in a same team, who want to improve their tactical insight. 

  • Ball progression - teaches proper mechanisms to bring the ball into the opponents area culminating with a shot a goal. Focuses on passing, wall passing, overlaps, and triangulation. 
  • Zonal Defending - teaches players how to properly defend as a unit. Focuses on marking, correct body postures, tackling, slide tackling, supporting and balance in defense. 

Group Only - minimum 4 players

Total Soccer Conditioning

Often a player never reaches his peak performance due to lack of fitness. This program is designed to improve your aerobic and anaerobic fitness. In contrast to traditional training regimes that just focus on running for endless laps, this clinic improves your fitness with the use of a ball.

So not only do you improve your fitness but also your ball skills. This program requires training twice or three times a week, depending on the player's initial fitness level, which is determined by an evaluation in the first session.
